State Treasury Region I operates under a new model from today

According to Decision No. 385/QD-BTC dated February 26, 2025 of the Minister of Finance , the State Treasury is organized from central to local levels.

Locally, the state treasury is organized into 20 regions.

According to Decision No. 54/QD-KBNN dated March 5, 2025 of the State Treasury, State Treasury Region I is managed by Hanoi city; head office at No. 18, Giai Phong Street, Phuong Mai Ward, Dong Da District, including 9 staff and support offices and 17 transaction offices.

State Treasury Region I has 1 Director and 6 Deputy Directors. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Director of State Treasury Hanoi (before the arrangement) was appointed to the position of Director of State Treasury Region I.

To ensure smooth operations from the first day the new organizational model takes effect, 100% of State Treasury officers and civil servants in Region I work on Saturdays and Sundays to convert system data; move headquarters; and hand over all work related to internal processes and budget management.
