A Lu Kindergarten is located in a particularly difficult border area, where many ethnic minorities live, transportation is difficult, and learning conditions are still lacking. When put into operation, the school will meet the learning needs of more than 100 preschool children in the villages of Chin Chu Lin, Phin Chai 1, Phin Chai 2 and Can Cau.
