Schools have prepared conditions for staff, teachers and students to attend the opening ceremony in person and online, with the participation of leaders of the Party, State and the Ministry of Education and Training . All preparations are being completed and ready by localities.

Entering the new school year 2025 - 2026, Ly Nhat Quang Secondary School (Do Luong, Nghe An ) moved to a new location with an area of ​​over 2 hectares, located right in the administrative center of the commune. This is a project implemented by Do Luong district (old) in 2 years with a total investment of nearly 70 billion VND. Before the implementation of the 2-level local government, the project was handed over to the new commune and the school. A spacious, modern school that meets national standards has been the dream of teachers, students and local people for many years.

Do Luong Commune - one of the localities with the largest school system in Nghe An province. The commune government directly manages 25 public schools from kindergarten to junior high school. Besides, there are 2 high schools. Mr. Nguyen Thai Quang - Principal of Ly Nhat Quang Junior High School shared: "We are fortunate to have the local government create favorable conditions and pay attention to investing in facilities. This is an important foundation for the school to continue to strive, rise, and maintain its top position in education quality in the whole province".

In order to welcome students back to school on August 25, since the end of July, all teachers, parents of the school and local authorities have been present at the school early to transport teaching materials and equipment to the new location. The spacious school with full functional rooms from English, IT, Music... will help students of Do Luong commune to study in a modern educational environment, meeting the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program.

After many years of having to "learn from others and teach temporarily", in the 2025-2026 school year, Truong Thi Primary School (Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An) has enough classrooms to organize 2 sessions/day. Previously, the facilities of Truong Thi Primary School were old and degraded and there was a project to build a new one to replace them. However, due to problems in site clearance, the construction had to be divided into phases. As the facilities were completed, the school would receive and organize teaching.

This year, 13 new classrooms were completed in time for the school to put into use. Thereby, the "problem" of classroom shortage that has lasted for nearly 10 years has been solved, ensuring the rights of students in the area are "united" in learning and activities.

Before implementing the two-level local government, Nghe An had dozens of school projects under construction. However, to facilitate the schools, after receiving the new task, the localities have taken drastic measures to urge contractors to complete the projects. iSchool Quy Nhon International Integration School (Gia Lai) has 600 students from primary to high school this school year, more than 95% of whom are semi-boarding and boarding students. Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh - Principal of the school said: "To create a new look, the school has invested more than 2 billion VND to repair the school yard, repaint classrooms and purchase additional equipment for teaching, especially for gifted subjects. At the same time, we have fully prepared technical facilities and transmission lines so that the online opening ceremony can take place completely."

Ready for the new school year

During the summer, Truong Thi Primary School (Nghe An) organized many professional training courses to prepare for the 2025-2026 school year with many innovations. The most recent one was the training on Applying AI to lesson design. Thereby helping teachers to be more convenient in lesson design, shortening preparation time and designing many attractive and lively lectures. The serious working and professional atmosphere has returned to teachers, all are ready for the new school year.

The bustling atmosphere welcoming the new school year also spread to Le Hong Phong Primary School (Dak Pek, Quang Ngai). This year, teacher Nguyen Thi Quynh Hung took on the task of teaching grade 1 with 31 students, half of whom are ethnic minority children. The teacher and students had nearly two weeks to get acquainted before the new school year.

She shared that these are 2 weeks 0 in the school year program specifically for first grade students. When transitioning from preschool to high school, students will have to get used to the new study schedule and school rules. In Lai Chau, all classrooms of Chan Nua Kindergarten in Le Loi Commune had their tables and chairs rearranged, their classrooms cleaned, their yard cleaned, and their classrooms decorated before the opening ceremony. Vien An High School (Dat Mui, Ca Mau) - one of the schools in remote areas of Ca Mau province, facilities for teaching and learning, and travel conditions for a part of students are still difficult.

Ms. Le Thi Tuyet - Principal of Co Do Kindergarten (Co Do, Hanoi) said: Up to this point, the school's preparations for the new school year 2025 - 2026 have been basically completed. The school has organized enrollment for 15 classes, with 300 students. Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hoa - Principal of Vinh Tuy Primary School (Vinh Tuy, Hanoi) shared the plan: On the morning of September 5, the school's teachers will welcome students early. The traditional opening ceremony will be organized in a short time of about 15 minutes, including a welcome speech, beating the school drum and performing arts. If the weather is favorable, students will attend the ceremony in the school yard with a large LED screen. In case of rain, students will return to class to watch on TVs installed in the classrooms.

The opening ceremony of Cai Nuoc High School (Cai Nuoc, Ca Mau) will be held on campus, attended by all staff, teachers and students. Before the online opening program of the Ministry of Education and Training, the school will hold a welcoming ceremony for 10th grade students and perform a welcome performance.

Currently, all classrooms of the school are equipped with Internet-connected TVs, so it is very convenient."

Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Long - Principal of Phong Phu B Primary School (Lang Tron Ward, Ca Mau) expressed that this year's opening ceremony is special and meaningful as it is associated with the event celebrating the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Education and Training, in the context of the country's innovation and operation of a 2-level government model.

With that meaning, the school will create all conditions for staff, teachers and students to attend the opening ceremony in a solemn atmosphere; delegates and guests together review the 80-year tradition of the Education sector; listen to the speech of the Minister of Education and Training and especially the speech of direction and drum beating to open the new school year by the leaders of the Party and State.
