Emulation Block 5 - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports signed an emulation agreement in 2025

The conference was chaired by Ms. Nguyen Dinh Nhu Huong - Director of Ho Chi Minh City Press Center, Head of Emulation Block 5.

Competition block 5 includes the following units: Press - Publishing, Social Media and Digital Content Department; Ho Chi Minh City Press Center; Sports Newspaper and Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library.

At the conference, the units unanimously approved the 2025 Operation Plan and Regulations in the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity and maximizing the professional strengths of each unit.

Members of Emulation Block 5 are determined to excellently complete their assigned tasks.

In particular, the members of the Bloc have signed a competition agreement for 2025, demonstrating their determination to excellently complete assigned political and professional tasks, while launching practical and effective competition movements, contributing to the overall development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Press Center Nguyen Dinh Nhu Huong said that 2025 is a year of special significance, marking the 50-year journey of building, protecting and developing Ho Chi Minh City. In that context, the role of units in Emulation Block 5 - agencies associated with communication, press and archive work - is becoming increasingly important.

The conference is not only an opportunity to implement plans and regulations, but also a time to look back and more clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each unit in contributing to the sustainable development of the city.
