Emulation Bloc No. 1 visited and presented gifts to households affected by typhoons No. 10 and 11 in Thuc Phan Ward.

In accordance with Plan No. 5058/KH-KTĐ dated November 7, 2025, of Emulation Bloc No. 1 on organizing joint activities in 2025, on the afternoon of November 12, 2025, Emulation Bloc No. 1, comprising 6 units: the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion, the Department of Finance, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, and the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, led by Mr. Ha Van Vui - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion and Head of Emulation Bloc No. 1, visited and presented gifts to 3 disadvantaged families affected by typhoons No. 10 and 11 in Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province.

At each household, the delegation kindly inquired about their living conditions after the storm, shared in their losses, and encouraged them to overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives. The delegation presented each household with a gift package worth 5 million VND in cash, totaling 15 million VND. million VND, extracted from contributions by civil servants and employees of member units in Emulation Bloc No. 1.

Through these visits and gift-giving activities, the spirit of mutual support and compassion, as well as the concern of the departments and agencies in Emulation Bloc No. 1 for the people in the disaster-affected areas, has been demonstrated; contributing to spreading kindness and helping people to stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
