Prosecution of the subject who raped his 12-year-old girlfriend

The Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police has just executed the decision prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused, and issued an order to temporarily detain Nguyen Thanh Sang (born 2007, residing in Ea Kiet commune, Cu M'gar district) to investigate the act of raping a person under 16 years old.

According to the initial investigation results, on January 31, 2023, Sang went to a relative's house in Bao Loc City ( Lam Dong Province) to play. Here, Sang met and fell in love with H. (born 2011 - a neighbor of a relative).

Nguyen Thanh Sang was arrested.

On February 27, Sang invited H. to Buon Ma Thuot City to find a job, then the two rented a room in Tan Thanh Ward to live. During their time together, Sang and his girlfriend had sex many times. The incident was later discovered by the girl's parents and reported to the police.

After a period of receiving the file from Buon Ma Thuot City Police for investigation, up to now, the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police has consolidated enough evidence to temporarily detain Nguyen Thanh Sang for the act of raping a person under 16 years old.
