Phu Yen General Hospital was sponsored 3 billion VND to buy 5 ventilators

On the morning of December 1, at Phu Yen General Hospital, a handover ceremony of medical equipment sponsored by Phu Yen Lottery Company Limited took place.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Dao Bao Minh, member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tuy Hoa Ward People's Council; Doctor CKII Pham Minh Huu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Health ; Doctor CKII Tran Anh Dung, Director of Phu Yen General Hospital; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thu, Deputy Director of Phu Yen Lottery Company Limited.

Representatives of Phu Yen Lottery Company Limited presented support and received a thank you letter from Phu Yen General Hospital.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thu, Deputy Director of Phu Yen Lottery Company Limited, said: "Every year, the company uses a part of the social security fund to accompany the province's medical work. In 2025, the company will support Phu Yen General Hospital to solve difficulties in medical equipment, contributing to improving the hospital's examination and treatment capacity."

Accordingly, with 3 billion VND sponsored by Phu Yen Lottery Company Limited, Phu Yen General Hospital will add 500 million VND to invest in 5 modern ventilators. These ventilators will be brought to the Intensive Care - Anti-Poison Department, specializing in treating seriously ill patients and supporting other departments and rooms when necessary.

"The Department of Health recommends that hospitals effectively utilize ventilators in examining and treating patients. In the coming time, the department will continue to mobilize other resources to actively support the hospital," affirmed Dr. Pham Minh Huu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Health.
