According to the Provincial Office for Coordination of New Rural Construction, the total capital of the National Target Program (NTPC) for new rural construction in the 2022-2024 period is VND 1,640 billion 843 million. Of which, investment capital is VND 1,371 billion 287 million, and public capital is VND 269 billion 556 million. To date, the disbursement of development investment capital has reached 84%, and public capital has reached 60%. The capital of the NTPC for new rural construction in 2025 assigned by the People's Committee is VND 251 billion 850 million. Currently, localities are assigning detailed construction items to communes, wards, and towns for implementation.

In the implementation of disbursement of capital for the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the province, there have been some difficulties and problems affecting the progress such as: Difficulties in administrative procedures, complicated document requirements, difficulties in planning to support cooperatives and production linkage models; some projects are behind schedule, especially projects related to land planning and site clearance; some localities have encountered difficulties in implementing criteria due to land planning, mineral planning, etc.

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh requested localities to speed up the disbursement of capital for the National Target Program on New Rural Development and not let the arrangement of organizations and apparatus affect the disbursement progress in particular and the process of new rural development in general. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh also requested the Office of Coordination for New Rural Development and related units to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the disbursement of this capital source./.
