As an important historical relic in the resistance war against the US, in 2010, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province approved the detailed planning of the Stieng ethnic cultural conservation area in Bom Bo commune with an area of 113.4 hectares, estimated construction cost of 298 billion VND. The project has basic items such as: Reception house, festival yard, 2 traditional long houses of the Stieng ethnic group, 4 traditional craft villages and 8 houses granted to ethnic minority households with revolutionary contributions, village elders and artisans. In the house, exhibits vividly depict the life and heroic historical stories of the Stieng people in heroic Bom Bo commune.
In 2018, the S'tieng ethnic cultural reserve in Bom Bo was transferred to the People's Committee of Bu Dang district for management. In order to ensure the operation of the reserve, the People's Committee of Bu Dang district established the Management Board of the reserve, and assigned the task of advising and organizing the activities of the reserve to the District Department of Culture and Information (now the Center for Culture, Sports and Radio and Television of Bu Dang district).
