Inspecting the arrangement and handling of public assets in the administrative unit arrangement at Bach Thong

BBK - On the morning of June 17, the inspection team of Bac Kan province led by Mr. Dinh Quang Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, inspected and guided the arrangement and layout of headquarters and facilities when reorganizing the government apparatus and administrative units in Bach Thong district.

This is one of the contents in the province's inspection plan to ensure that the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels is carried out strictly, in accordance with regulations, without wasting public assets, contributing to improving the efficiency of the political system at the grassroots level.

At the working session, the delegation focused on inspecting the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the government of Bach Thong district in developing and implementing plans to arrange and handle public assets when reorganizing commune-level administrative units. The inspection delegation also paid special attention to the reception, handover and transfer of public assets such as headquarters, equipment, technical infrastructure, etc. to ensure proper procedures, effective use and no loss.

Along with assessing the implementation situation, the Working Group also provided guidance and resolved difficulties and obstacles that localities are currently facing in the process of arranging records, handing over district-level assets to commune-level assets, and handling surplus assets.../.
