Hai Duong's import-export turnover increased in the first month of the year.

Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. leads in import and export turnover in January 2025

According to data from Hai Duong Customs Branch, from the beginning of the year to January 23, the unit has cleared 14,719 export declarations, with an export turnover of 561 million USD; processed 15,173 import declarations, with an import turnover of 554 million USD.

The value of goods in both directions increased compared to the same period, with an increase of over 3% in exports and nearly 19% in imports. Correspondingly, the import-export tax collection at Hai Duong Customs Branch was about 200 billion VND, reaching over 5% of the annual estimate, an increase of about 70% compared to the same period last year.

This is a positive signal right from the first month of the year. The recovery of some markets is the fundamental reason helping businesses have more import and export orders.

In the first 3 weeks of the year, the turnover of the group of 10 large import-export enterprises of the province alone reached more than 314 million USD, accounting for nearly 28.2% of the total import-export turnover through Hai Duong Customs. 5 enterprises with large export turnover accounted for over 28.5% and 5 enterprises with high import value accounted for over 27.8% of the total corresponding import-export value.

Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Brother Industry Vietnam have the highest import-export turnover, over 75 million USD.

Besides enterprises with stable import-export turnover growth such as LLCs: Sumidenso Vietnam, Ford Vietnam, May Tinh Loi..., some new enterprises have appeared such as Hoa Phat Energy Joint Stock Company, Sumiden Vietnam Automobile Electric Cable Company Limited...
