For units that have merged or ceased operations, the Customs Department has directed a prompt review and processing of customs procedures for outstanding declarations that have not yet been cleared through the system.
The Customs Department stated that it is directing its units to focus on administrative procedure reform, striving to achieve the target of reducing administrative procedure processing time by at least 30%, reducing administrative procedure costs by at least 30%, and abolishing at least 30% of unnecessary business conditions by at least 30% in 2025. Along with this, it aims to implement business-related procedures electronically, ensuring smooth, seamless, and efficient operation.
