Kinh Mon honors 380 outstanding blood donation groups, families and individuals

The Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Kinh Mon town has just honored 380 outstanding groups, families and individuals in the voluntary blood donation movement.

Representatives of Kinh Mon town leaders commended collectives with outstanding achievements in the voluntary blood donation movement in the period 2023 - 2025.

Since 2009, when the voluntary blood donation campaign began, Kinh Mon town has always been leading the province in the voluntary blood donation movement.

Each year, the town collects over 1,000 units of blood. In the period 2020 - 2024 alone, the whole town collected 7,809 units of blood. Notably, in 2024, Kinh Mon town organized 3 blood donation campaigns, collecting
The total number of blood units received was 2,369, reaching 220% of the assigned target. The Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation at all levels honored and rewarded 510 individuals, 52 families and 215 groups with outstanding achievements in the movement.

On this occasion, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in the town commended 41 collectives, 22 families and 317 outstanding individuals in the voluntary blood donation movement for the period 2023 - 2025.
