KSB honored at 'For a Green Future' award

On October 29, in Ho Chi Minh City, KSB was honored as 'Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer with Green Development Strategy in 2025'.

The "For a Green Future" Award (VIPF Green Future Awards) is part of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025, jointly organized by the Finance - Investment Newspaper and the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance .

The award aims to honor pioneering enterprises in developing ecological industrial parks, applying clean energy, building sustainable infrastructure and effectively managing resources, contributing to promoting national green growth goals.

This award is considered a remarkable milestone in the development orientation of Binh Duong Minerals and Construction Joint Stock Company (KSB), when the enterprise gradually adjusts its direction according to the spirit of "Sustainability from the root", a transformation to accompany the trend of prosperous and sustainable development.

From the mining sector to industrial infrastructure investment, KSB aims to develop a balance between economic efficiency, environmental responsibility and community value, through increased application of technology, rational use of resources and ESG-oriented corporate governance.

In the field of industrial real estate, KSB is gradually developing in a green and smart direction, typically Dat Cuoc Industrial Park (Bac Tan Uyen commune, Ho Chi Minh City), a synchronously planned model, focusing on circulating wastewater treatment, increasing green space and applying digital transformation in operations.

Along with KSB, many industrial park investors, infrastructure enterprises and green industrial solution providers were also honored at this Forum, showing the general trend of the market towards green innovation and sustainable development.

KSB representative shared: “This award is a motivation for KSB to continue investing, innovating and improving the standards of developing green-oriented industrial parks, where modern industry, sustainable living environment and social responsibility are harmoniously combined.”

In the period of 2025 - 2030, KSB aims to increase investment in green industrial infrastructure, expand domestic and international cooperation, and at the same time, research and apply circular economic solutions and reduce carbon emissions, in order to gradually approach sustainable development standards.

Being honored at the VIPF Green Future Awards 2025 is a positive recognition of KSB's innovation efforts, and at the same time, encourages businesses to continue to adhere to the green development orientation, in line with the general trend of the current economy.
