On October 23, in Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak Provincial Police and Vietnam Coffee Corporation signed a coordination regulation to ensure security and order at affiliated member units.

Accordingly, Dak Lak Provincial Police and member units under the Corporation closely coordinate, inspect, and guide the protection of internal affairs, state secrets, economic security, security, order, fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue, and management of weapons and support tools. At the same time, prevent, detect, and combat all types of crimes and other violations of the law; monitor, synthesize, evaluate, and forecast the security situation for timely coordination.

Major General Le Vinh Quy, Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police, informed that the Coordination Regulation is the basis for implementing contents and measures to improve the effectiveness of security and order assurance work, gradually removing obstacles and difficulties, and moving towards thoroughly resolving complex security and order issues related to member coffee companies.

Major General Le Vinh Quy requested the Economic Security Department to proactively coordinate with relevant units, develop specific plans to implement each part of the work; make the best use of resources to ensure security and safety in production and business activities of member coffee companies. At the same time, grasp the security and order situation to promptly advise on resolving complicated incidents that occur; coordinate with investigation units to clarify incidents related to member coffee companies, limit the causes of conflicts, disputes, complaints, etc.; advise on thoroughly resolving disputes and complaints, not letting them drag on, turning into complicated "hot spots" of security and order.

At the signing ceremony, Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Canh highly appreciated the contributions of member companies under Vietnam Coffee Corporation to the development of the province. At the same time, he directed the Provincial Police, relevant departments, branches and local authorities to deploy many synchronous solutions to ensure security and order, maintain stable operations of coffee companies under Vietnam Coffee Corporation. The Deputy Chairman of Vietnam Coffee Corporation coordinated more closely with Dak Lak Provincial Police in performing the task of ensuring political security, social order and safety, especially in places where disputes, complaints and lawsuits have occurred in recent times.

In Dak Lak, there are 19 member companies with a total area of ​​over 17,000 hectares and more than 18,400 employees. Vietnam Coffee Corporation also requested units under Dak Lak Provincial Police to strengthen guidance and coordinate with units to develop plans to ensure security and order suitable for each locality and area; promptly receive and handle information related to security and order from units. Provincial Police deployed support forces and coordinated with the Corporation to promptly prevent and handle acts of disturbance, sabotage, law violations, and insecurity and disorder.

On this occasion, Vietnam Coffee Corporation also signed a Coordination Regulation with the Police of Gia Lai and Dak Nong provinces.
