On May 4, news from the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Tourism said that during the April 30 and May 1 holidays (from April 30 to May 4), Ninh Binh province welcomed over 700,000 visitors, with tourism revenue estimated at over 1,000 billion VND.

Specifically, during the 5-day holiday, the whole province is estimated to welcome over 700,000 visitors, an increase of 48.9% over the same period, including over 124,000 international visitors (an increase of 112.9% over the previous year). Tourism revenue is estimated to reach over 1,000 billion VND, an increase of 43.9% over the 2024 holiday.

Room occupancy during the holiday season is 85-90%, the average number of guests staying is estimated at 2 days/guest. The number of guests is concentrated on the nights from May 1 to May 3 (nights with music shows).
