In preparation for the merger with Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance has planned to arrange offices and official residences in Da Lat city when it is expected to welcome about 1,000 more officials.
Regarding the office building plan, in addition to using existing offices, the Department of Finance proposes to utilize some other facilities to arrange immediate operations, limiting prolonged major repairs.
Specifically, the office of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Lam Dong province will continue to be located at 2 Tran Hung Dao (Da Lat city) and will be arranged with the headquarters of the old Department of Transport (22 Pasteur); the existing office of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province and the additional headquarters at 4 Tran Hung Dao (right next to the People's Committee of the province, currently the headquarters of the Associations and Unions under the province).
For the workplaces of departments and branches, including the existing headquarters and additional land and house at 8 Ba Thang Tu Street for the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
At the same time, Lam Dong Provincial Administrative Center is assigned to reclaim the entire leased area on the ground floor of 1,300m2 to supplement the working area; renovate the roof area of the 5th floor of the 5-storey building to supplement the working area.
Thus, basically meeting the working area needs of the Departments and branches at this location.
For public service units and Associations with a current number of 1,295 employees (expected actual number to decrease by 20%) will be arranged to work at the current headquarters of the Da Lat City Administrative Center.
Units of the Front, political organizations, current number of civil servants and employees: 1,093 people continue to work at existing headquarters.
Currently, the Provincial Party Committee Office is reviewing to build the arrangement according to the authority of the Party agency. Based on the additional proposal after reviewing, the Department of Finance will advise on arranging one of the backup addresses to ensure the area and working needs...
Regarding accommodation arrangements, according to the Department of Finance, there are currently about 2,200 officials, civil servants and public employees of the two provinces of Dak Nong and Binh Thuan. After reducing the number of civil servants by 20%, there are about 1,760 civil servants, of which about 50% have accommodation needs, which is 880 people.
Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance also plans to arrange cars, machinery, and working equipment with a total of 825 available vehicles.
It is expected that the organization, for specialized vehicles, will handle it according to the principle that the agency, organization or unit that receives the task will receive the corresponding assets to continue performing the task.
For cars used for general work, the managing units continue to manage, use or allocate them to new administrative units (communes, wards) according to regulations.
