Thanks to that, the propaganda, dissemination, and implementation of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies have been deployed synchronously and widely to enterprises.
The results show that awareness and responsibility of employers and employees are increasingly enhanced. Insurance coverage is expanded. Employee rights are increasingly guaranteed.

Mr. Phan Duong Cuong, Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province, pledged to continue to concretize the Coordination Regulations into annual programs and action plans, with clear goals and tasks for each stage. Thereby, helping to bring social insurance and health insurance policies to employers and employees in industrial parks and industrial clusters in the area most effectively.
Lam Dong currently has 8,728 enterprises, with 136,964 employees. Of which, there are 7 industrial parks, with 115 enterprises, accounting for 1.3% of the total number of enterprises in the province and 15,519 employees, accounting for 11.33% of the number of employees participating in compulsory social insurance in enterprises in the Industrial Parks.
The total amount of overdue payment up to the end of July 2025 is nearly 29 billion VND, accounting for 2% of the total debt in the province. Of which, the number of enterprises that are 3 months or more late in payment in industrial parks is 17 enterprises and 453 employees, with a total debt of 14.6 billion VND.
