In the digital age, the explosion of artificial intelligence (AI), digital copy technologies, virtual reality, augmented reality... are reshaping all areas of socio-economic life, greatly affecting the attraction and effective management of human resources, especially young human resources.

On the afternoon of November 11, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, the Youth Union, the Hanoi Student Association, the Vietnam Student Association in Ireland, in collaboration with the Banking Academy, organized a student scientific conference on artificial intelligence, digital copies, and virtual reality/augmented reality.

With the theme “Attracting and managing human resources in the AI ​​era”, this is the third event in a series of 11 national student scientific conferences associated with strategic technology groups in accordance with Resolution 57 of the Politburo and Decision 1131 of the Prime Minister.

The conference recorded many quality presentations from universities, research institutes, and technology enterprises both at home and abroad. The speakers of the conference were many prominent faces such as: Dr. Dinh Ngoc Thanh, Vice President of the Global Network of Young Vietnamese Intellectuals, Director of Technology GFI Group (Australia); Dr. Mai Tan Tai, Dublin City University (Ireland); Dr. Phan Thanh Duc, Head of the Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Economics (Banking Academy)...

At the Workshop, young researchers and students majoring in artificial intelligence, digital twins, virtual reality/augmented reality presented a number of research topics and application models in developing machine learning algorithms, smart data systems, enterprise digital twins, virtual reality/augmented reality platforms... serving corresponding fields and professions in life.

According to Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association Nguyen Minh Triet, artificial intelligence, digital copies, virtual reality and augmented reality... are no longer distant concepts, but are actually reshaping the way people learn, work, communicate, opening up new spaces of knowledge, creativity and governance.
