Launch of OnusChain blockchain technology platform

On November 11, in Da Nang City, OnusChain Blockchain Technology Joint Stock Company held the Announcement Ceremony of OnusChain Blockchain Technology Platform, positioning Vietnam's blockchain infrastructure to serve national digital transformation, connecting education - businesses - innovation ecosystem.

In Vietnam, Resolution No. 222/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly approved the framework for the development of an international financial center, in which Da Nang is identified as a key locality. In parallel, Resolution No. 5/2025/NQ-CP of the Government allows for a pilot crypto-asset market, paving the way for the application of blockchain technology in governance, education and innovation.

In that context, OnusChain was born with the vision of building Vietnam's blockchain infrastructure - not just technology, but a platform serving national digital transformation and knowledge-based economic development.

OnusChain targets 4 groups of science and technology services including: PoSA network establishment; Digital asset exchange; On-chain governance & transparency; Smart contract deployment (E2E).

In addition, OnusChain Academy was born to train the first practical blockchain programming for Vietnamese students, built with the goal of bringing blockchain technology out of the theoretical scope and into practical application.

The program is designed in the direction of “learning by experience – learning by building”. Through this, students and young programmers have the opportunity to practice practical skills and participate in the “Make in Viet Nam” blockchain ecosystem, ready to become the core force for the digital economy.

Mr. Huynh Anh Tan, General Director of OnusChain, said that if blockchain is the infrastructure of the future, then that infrastructure needs to be built by Vietnamese people to practically serve education, businesses and the community, in a transparent and sustainable manner.

“OnusChain is ready to expand cooperation, share platforms, and accompany the community to develop blockchain solutions to serve the goal of sustainable development,” Mr. Huynh Anh Tan emphasized.
