
Accordingly, the flight carrying aid goods landed at Da Nang airport at 12 noon on the same day. This is the first of three flights transporting aid goods from the AHA Center. The total quantity of goods includes: 3,648 essential household kits, 1,999 kitchenware sets and 3,000 personal hygiene kits with an estimated value of more than 264,000 USD. The remaining two transport flights are expected to land on the evening of November 11 and the morning of November 12.
In Da Nang city, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city is the unit that received the above aid goods and delivered them to people in localities affected by the rain and floods in late October and early November.

The heavy rains and floods that lasted for many days caused serious damage in Da Nang city, killing dozens of people, leaving four people missing, injuring 47 people and causing material damage of more than VND837 billion. According to the Da Nang City Civil Defense Command, from October 25 to 31, the area experienced historic heavy rains with total rainfall in many localities exceeding 1,000 mm; of which Tra Giap commune recorded the highest level of 1,548 mm.
Prolonged rains caused dozens of communes and wards to be deeply flooded and have serious landslides. Many roads were cut off and traffic was paralyzed; in which some communes and wards were severely flooded such as: Nam Phuoc Commune, Dien Ban Ward, An Thang Ward, Hoi An Ward... Previously, in October 2025, the AHA Center also deployed support of goods for people affected by storms and floods in Cao Bang province...
