Independent quoted information from the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) on November 11 saying that the passenger vehicle, also known as a "mobile waiting room", crashed into the lobby at the terminal in Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia, USA, at around 4:30 pm on November 10.
The accident injured 18 people and they were taken to hospital for treatment.

"Passengers disembarked and were checked by members of the Airport Authority. They were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The airport remains open and operating normally," the authorities said.
According to the airport website, the airport has 19 “mobile lounges,” each of which can carry up to 102 passengers. It is unclear how many passengers were on the bus that crashed on November 10.
According to a 2017 NBC4 Washington investigation, the "mobile lounges" at Dulles Airport have been involved in at least 16 accidents or incidents since 2007.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy recently announced a 10% reduction in flights at 40 major airports across the United States amid the US government shutdown.
"We expect some flights to be canceled starting today to comply with Federal Aviation Administration curtailment regulations. As always, passengers with questions about their flight reservations should contact their airline," said the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority, which manages and operates Washington Dulles International Airport.
