Speaking at the national meeting of business associations and Vietnamese entrepreneurs on the morning of October 11, Mr. Pham Tan Cong - Chairman of VCCI said that a special feature of the "Tet" of Vietnamese entrepreneurs (October 13) this year is that for the first time, VCCI announced the traditional song of Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
Accordingly, this is the result of the songwriting contest "Vietnamese Business Spirit" organized by VCCI in coordination with the Vietnam Musicians Association, launched on March 16, 2023 and received up to 347 entries.
“After many rounds of evaluation and selection, the Jury has selected 23 best and most suitable songs, each song is good in its own way, which associations can choose and use according to their needs. From the 23 songs, the Organizing Committee of the Contest has also decided to award 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 3 third prizes and 18 consolation prizes.
After consulting with associations and the business community, VCCI voted to choose the traditional song of the business community, which is the song "Proud of Vietnamese Businessmen" by musician Pham Tien Dung," said the Chairman of VCCI.
According to Mr. Cong, along with the announcement and implementation of 6 ethical codes of Vietnamese businessmen in 2022 by VCCI, the release of a traditional song of the business community is also an activity in a series of activities organized by VCCI to carry out the key task of building Vietnamese business culture in the new era.
Right in the opening flag salute of the conference, the song "Proud of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs" was officially played.
Speaking more about building business ethics, Vietnamese business culture, and sustainable business development, Chairman Pham Tan Cong affirmed that we are increasingly aware of the role and value of business culture. To successfully integrate internationally and develop sustainably, businessmen and businesses must equip themselves with a business cultural identity.
“Business ethics is the core element to build business culture, and business culture is the foundation for sustainable business development,” said Mr. Cong, while raising the issue of the need to build a unique business philosophy and culture for Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses.
This aims to create more soft power for businesses in integration and development, while bringing the business culture of Vietnamese entrepreneurs and businesses to match the future of our country becoming a developed, high-income country by 2045 .
