Attending the exchange were Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh, Deputy Political Commissar of the Region; representatives of leaders and commanders of units of the Naval Academy, Brigade 189, Brigade 954, Warehouse 858, Regiment 196, units under Region 4 and more than 400 officers and soldiers of the units participating in the exchange.
There were 11 teams from 14 Women's Associations of units in the Navy force cluster participating in the exchange. The units participated in the exchange with 2 parts, including the introduction and the propaganda part of lullabies and folk songs. In the introduction exchange: Using local lullabies and folk songs to introduce their units and the cultural characteristics of the region where the unit is stationed. The propaganda part of lullabies and folk songs was performed in scenes, songs, skits, dramas, and dances using lullabies and folk songs as music.
During the exchange, the participating teams presented many good contents, bearing the identity of lullabies and traditional folk songs of their homeland and country. They combined the forms of illustration, visual images on stage or LED screen images; presented propaganda contents such as: Women in the Army study and follow the ideology, morality, and style of Ho Chi Minh ; practice the criteria of "Intelligence, courage, discipline, humanity", the qualities of "Confidence, self-respect, loyalty, responsibility", worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era;...

The exchange activities aim to raise awareness of female cadres and members about the position and role of culture in building the Army and developing the country; contributing to preserving, maintaining and promoting good traditional cultural values imbued with national identity. Creating a playground for female cadres and members to exchange, learn and share experiences, thereby improving knowledge, methods and skills of the Association's work and participating in Association activities; affirming the innovative application of content and methods of operation of the Women's Association in building and implementing practical models. The event is also a practical activity towards celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the First Victory of the Vietnam People's Navy, the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day, contributing to improving the quality of cultural and artistic activities in the unit, improving the material and spiritual life of cadres, soldiers and female members./.
