Spreading emulation movement among workers, civil servants and laborers

In order to actively promote the production and business activities of enterprises and help workers to be more enthusiastic and creative, in recent years, the Trade Unions at all levels in the province have organized many emulation activities suitable to the production and business characteristics of agencies, units and enterprises, making the emulation movement content one of the criteria for annual evaluation and reward classification.

In order to create a spillover effect and attract union members, workers, civil servants and employees to actively participate in emulation movements, every year the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) develops a plan to direct and coordinate with all levels of the Union to regularly propagate and promote the implementation of emulation movements such as: "Good worker, creative worker", "Good at public work, good at home work"; "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; "Innovation, creativity and efficiency in the activities of the Union organization"... In which the emulation movement "Good worker, creative worker" with the goal of "Productivity, quality, efficiency" has become a great source of motivation to attract a large number of employees to actively research, explore, study to improve professional qualifications, practice skills, and industrial style to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Responding to the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", the Trade Union organization of the enterprise sector has coordinated with the professional sector to set the goal of improving productivity, product quality, efficiency in production and business, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, protecting the environment; encouraging workers to promote initiatives, improve techniques, rationalize production, apply scientific and technological advances, new technologies in production, improve the efficiency of machinery and equipment; build works, products, scientific topics with high economic value, low cost... Many workers have good initiatives and solutions with high applicability, typically Mr. Le Van Dong, a technical worker of Dinh Moc Mechanical Company Limited under the Labor Federation of Xuan Truong district with the initiative "Improving the 2-sided planer" to help reduce labor costs, increase productivity by 200%; The initiative "Improving the rounding machine" helps the processing stage to achieve high precision, good quality, and productivity increases 20 times; the initiative "Processing iron shelves to tie brick products instead of wooden shelves, to reduce the cost of buying wooden shelves, helping the company increase productivity and reduce product costs", the total benefit each year is 70 million VND. Mr. Vu Thanh Nam, a mechanical worker at Nam Ninh Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company under the Nam Truc District Labor Federation with the initiative "Advising and proposing to the Company's Board of Directors to use anti-abrasion corrugated guts to shape bricks, helping to increase productivity, product quality, and save electricity consumption", the total benefit each year is 100 million VND. Member Trinh Thanh Phuc of the Nghia Hung District Labor Federation with the initiative "Changing production methods from manual sewing to computerized sewing" has a value of benefiting the enterprise of more than 4 billion VND; Union member Tran Van Han of Nghia Hung District Labor Federation with the initiative of switching from manual sewing to computerized sewing has a profit value of more than 4.2 billion VND...

In the medical field, many emulation movements have been launched to improve the quality of medical examination, treatment and medical services; to implement well the 12 medical ethics of the medical sector, in which Ms. Vu Thi Thu Hien, a nurse in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Saigon - Nam Dinh General Hospital Joint Stock Company, has been a typical example, taking good care of management, orientation and improving the quality of health care for patients; at the same time inspiring and building a positive and cohesive working environment among staff. Mr. Le Tien Dung, a machine operator of Nam Ha Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, has consulted with the board of directors to propose 2 initiatives including: Improving the 1,500 liter liquid filtration mixing system, the extraction system, helping to ensure labor safety and security and the initiative: Improving the 2-door autoclave, helping to improve steaming efficiency, reducing the number of steaming times of semi-finished products, which has been highly appreciated and rewarded by the company's board of directors.

In the field ofeducation and training, the emulation movements "Teach well, learn well" to improve the quality of teaching and learning associated with the implementation of the campaigns "Democracy - Discipline - Love - Responsibility", "Each teacher is a model of self-study and creativity" ... are increasingly effective, with many advanced examples appearing. Typical examples include teacher Nguyen Boi Hoan, My Loc High School with the topic: "Proposing some solutions to help students actively and proactively participate in the digital transformation process at My Loc High School" participating in the Provincial Science and Technology Competition and winning the Second Prize; the initiative "Some solutions to help students carry out digital transformation through the use of smartphones during class with high efficiency according to Circular 32/2020/BGDDT" was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Department of Education and Training. Teacher Ngo Thi Trung, Tran Huy Lieu Secondary School (Vu Ban) has many highly appreciated initiatives such as the initiative "Using teaching equipment for Physics in class" recognized by Vu Ban District People's Committee; initiative: "Some experiences in nurturing excellent Physics students in grade 9 at Tran Huy Lieu Secondary School" when applying the initiative has helped students understand the lesson more deeply...

By encouraging and motivating employees to promote initiatives at all levels, sectors and fields, each year there are over 10 thousand scientific research topics, initiatives to improve production techniques and rationalize production that are accepted and applied in production practices, bringing high economic efficiency. The Provincial Federation of Labor and Trade Unions at all levels have promptly encouraged and rewarded, helping collectives and individuals to be motivated to participate in emulation movements while contributing to building a strong and comprehensively developed trade union organization. To continue to encourage employees to continue promoting initiatives and experiences to apply in work and production practices, Trade Unions at all levels in the province continue to innovate the content and form of organization; launch emulation movements suitable to each subject and the actual situation of agencies, units and enterprises. At the same time, focus on improving the quality of commendation work quickly and promptly, especially for collectives and individuals who are union members, workers directly involved in production and business with many valuable initiatives and technical improvements. Thereby, helping to replicate and spread advanced examples of good workers and creative workers among the province's workers.
