Samsung has been implementing many projects to train and improve the quality of human resources in Vietnam.

In particular, within the framework of the event, the workshop "Turning passion for technology into a career stepping stone" will provide a lot of useful information to help students shape a suitable development path such as: Information about the technology industry in the present and future; Challenges for students entering the labor market from the lecture hall; Career opportunities for young people in the face of the technology wave; How to improve skills to be ready to enter the labor market...

With the participation of experienced speakers in the fields of technology and recruitment, the conference brings practical sharing and sharp perspectives on how technology is shaping the world, while inspiring young people to confidently take the lead in future trends.

Previously, the SIC Tech Day 2025 technology festival was held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 12, 2025, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, attracting the participation of a large number of students.

After 2 events held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, SIC Tech Day 2025 brought opportunities to explore, experience and orient the future in the digital age for nearly 3,000 students.

Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) is a global Information and Communications Technology (ICT) education project for young people. The project nurtures young talents with problem-solving skills by providing them with the necessary technological tools to thrive in the future.

The project was officially launched globally in 2019. This is one of Samsung's core corporate social responsibility projects and has expanded to 36 countries worldwide such as the US, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand... In Vietnam, the project has also been deployed since 2019, providing Technology capacity development courses for young people aged 12-22, including: Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Basic Programming Skills Course (Coding & Programming - C&P) and Soft Skills content.

Since its launch, more than 12,000 students from 95 schools in 21 provinces and cities across the country have been trained and developed high-tech capacity from Samsung Vietnam's SIC project.

With the vision of “Together for Tomorrow – Enabling People”, Samsung has been implementing many projects to foster and improve the quality of human resources in Vietnam such as: Solve for Tomorrow (SFT) Competition; STEM education playground at S.hub Kids HCMC and Da Nang; computer room sponsorship activities and educational support for a number of universities to create conditions for students to access modern information technology knowledge; Awarding Samsung talent scholarships and internship opportunities at Samsung Vietnam's Research and Development Center.
