Lang Son: From 6:00 p.m. on April 14-17, 2025, trucks carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi must enter Viettel Logistics Park.

The Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone has just issued a notice on the implementation of regulating vehicles carrying goods waiting for export through Huu Nghi international border gate. The notice said that, implementing Plan No. 25/KH-UBND dated January 25, 2025 of the People's Committee of Lang Son province to coordinate the organization of the 9th Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program in Lang Son province and related directives, within the framework of the Defense Exchange Program, a number of activities were organized at the Huu Nghi international border gate area (Vietnam) and Huu Nghi Quan (China).

The regulation of vehicles carrying goods through Huu Nghi border gate is to serve the 9th Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange program in Lang Son province.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the Defense Exchange Program, based on agreement with relevant agencies and units, the Management Board of Dong Dang-Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone announces: From 6:00 p.m. on April 14, 2025 to the end of April 17, 2025, all vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi international border gate will move to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park (Address: Phu Xa commune and Thuy Hung commune, Cao Loc district, Lang Son province) to stop and flexibly regulate at Huu Nghi international border gate. Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park will not collect parking fees for vehicles regulated during the above time.

In addition, to ensure the process of regulating, arranging and dividing the flow of vehicles carrying goods waiting for export through Huu Nghi international border gate is scientific, reasonable, public and transparent, not allowing vehicles to stop and park on National Highway 1A; at the same time ensuring security, order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation, the Management Board requests the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Police and relevant agencies and units according to their functions and tasks to direct the traffic police force and functional forces at Huu Nghi international border gate (including customs clearance routes, dedicated roads in Tan Thanh and Coc Nam areas) to consider arranging forces to coordinate in implementing the regulation and flexible flow of vehicles (including vehicles carrying import and export goods and vehicles not carrying goods) on the routes inside and outside the border gate area.

The Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone also requested the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Customs Branch of Region VI and related agencies and units according to their assigned functions and tasks to coordinate in disseminating information to organizations, individuals and import-export enterprises to know and regulate vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi international border gate to Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park during the above-mentioned time.

“We request that Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park - a branch of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation pay attention to arranging parking places for vehicles carrying goods waiting to be exported through Huu Nghi international border gate, assign staff to coordinate with functional forces of Lang Son province to organize and regulate traffic in the Park to ensure scientific, reasonable, public and transparent conditions”, the announcement of the Management Board of Dong Dang-Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone stated.
