At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc awarded the Investment Registration Certificate to ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company for 03 projects: Floating urban area, tourism services in the South of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.1); Floating urban area, tourism services in the center of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.2); Floating urban area, tourism services in the North of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.3). The total investment capital of the 3 projects is over 8,554 billion VND.

At the core of these three projects is the idea of turning Dam De Gi into the first zero-emission yachting zone in Asia as well as in the world . The entire community at Dam De Gi will operate on the principle of zero emissions, using advanced renewable energy, modern water management technology, and advanced green propulsion systems for all yachts in the area. Each villa at Dam De Gi is designed as a direct extension of a superyacht. The villa architecture reflects the design of Palmer Johnson - a sophisticated combination of aerodynamic lines, open glass spaces and master craftsmanship. The level of luxury, privacy and personalized service here is operated by the lifestyle brand ARQUE directly supervising and recruiting; including exclusive utility systems, high-end butler services on demand, and absolute security protocols for the global elite.

Mr. Tong Duc Hieu - Director of ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company said: ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company representing Lac Viet Group, Finance Suisse-Switzerland Fund Management Company and the world-famous superyacht company Palmer Johnson surveyed 3,200km of Vietnam's coastline and found that the central region, especially Gia Lai province, has invaluable assets that will not fade over time, such as marine climate, natural landscapes and rich local cultural traditions. In particular, the De Gi and Cat Tien areas are especially suitable for building special economic zones, places for the super-rich and world billionaires to live and work; is a place where super luxury resorts, international financial centers can be built, and is an environment that attracts key industries and high value-added markets suitable to the characteristics of Gia Lai province such as: aerospace, weather control center, semiconductors, logistics, super ports, cargo air transport, 6G, blue ocean economy, organic agriculture - vertical agriculture, world-class innovation and creativity centers...
To realize that idea and concretize the 1/2000 scale Zoning Plan for Urban Development, Resorts, Trade, Services, Tourism and De Gi Super Yacht Wharf approved by the province, the investor has carefully researched De Gi lagoon and the surrounding area, building a world-class luxury resort complex, a global destination with a total area of about 5,200 hectares, including component projects such as: hotels and villas floating on the lagoon, mountain villas, hotels on hills, super yacht wharves, golf courses, coastal urban areas, resort villages, community tourism, billionaire islands.

The first area to start this project is De Gi lagoon with 3 projects: Floating urban and tourism service area in the South of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.1); Floating urban and tourism service area in the center of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.2); Floating urban and tourism service area in the North of De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.3) with areas of 225ha, 187ha and 160ha respectively to create a floating tourism complex in the style of super yachts.
The investor wishes to cooperate closely with Gia Lai provincial authorities to ensure alignment with the province’s priorities such as job creation, tourism development and ecological conservation. LacViet-Palmer Johnson is willing to share technical expertise and support knowledge transfer to domestic partners, especially those in the province, ensuring long-term benefits for the community.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc emphasized: These projects are not just simple constructions but an important milestone in the socio-economic development strategy, while affirming the strategy of promoting the high-end real estate industry and luxury superyacht tourism services of the province.
The projects are expected to open up a breakthrough development direction, aiming to put Gia Lai on the map of leading destinations in the country and internationally for high-end and luxury resort tourism services. At the same time, the project will turn the coastal area of De Gi and An Luong into a model growth pole, creating a chain effect, attracting high-quality investment, promoting smart urbanization and improving the overall competitiveness of the province on the international tourism map.
Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Hoc acknowledged the spirit of cooperation and goodwill of the investor; the serious participation of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and local authorities in the past time to prepare conditions to ensure project implementation.
To ensure projects are implemented on schedule, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches and localities to coordinate closely, quickly resolve administrative procedures, ensure compliance with regulations but must be flexible and synchronous, creating the most favorable conditions for investors with the spirit of "Overcoming procedures to achieve big goals".
Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc also suggested that investors continue to promote the spirit of cooperation with Gia Lai province; implement quality, modern projects, ensuring environmental factors and sustainable development for the locality.
On this occasion, ARQUE DEGI Joint Stock Company donated 1 billion VND to join hands with Gia Lai province to overcome the damage caused by natural disasters in the past time in the province.
