Leaders of Tay Ninh City visited and congratulated religious establishments on the occasion of Easter 2025

On the occasion of Easter 2025, on the afternoon of April 16, a working delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh city led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee visited and congratulated the Tay Ninh Evangelical Church Branch and Tay Ninh Parish.

The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hung - Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee.

Leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited and celebrated Easter at the Tay Ninh Protestant Association.

At each place visited, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee briefly informed about some of the achievements of the City in recent times, notably Tay Ninh city was recognized as a type 2 urban area; information about the organization and arrangement of the apparatus, merging of wards and communes according to the policy of the Central and Provincial Party Committee.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee expressed his appreciation for the positive contributions of religious organizations in accompanying the government, joining hands to build great national unity, develop the socio -economy and maintain security and order in the locality.

Thereby, representatives of religious organizations, priest Nguyen Thanh Thai - Parish Priest of Tay Ninh Catholic Church and pastor Truong Thien Tin - Manager of Tay Ninh Protestant Association expressed joy and respect for the attention, visits and congratulations of the city leaders; at the same time, expressed consensus and support for the policies of the Central and the province on streamlining the apparatus and building a 2-level local government model.

The priests and pastors affirmed that they will continue to promote their role, encourage parishioners to live a "good life, good religion", actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, and join hands to foster the great unity of the whole nation.

City leaders visited and presented gifts to Mr. Lam Van Ron, a prestigious person among the Ta Mun people.

On this occasion, the delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts and sent congratulations to priests, pastors, deacons, and all Catholic and Protestant followers and believers to celebrate a peaceful and happy Easter.

In addition, the delegation also visited and presented gifts to Mr. Lam Van Ron, a prestigious person among the Ta Mun people, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
