Pacific Construction Group is one of two companies under the Trang Nghiem Research Institute. Established in 1986, the Group operates in the field of investment in transport infrastructure construction, has been in the Top 500 largest enterprises in the world for 12 consecutive years and is one of the 19 largest private corporations in China.
At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien respectfully welcomed Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - founder and Chairman of Thai Binh Duong Construction Group, Chairman of Trang Nghiem Research Institute and the delegation of senior officials of the Group to visit and work in Nghe An province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien emphasized that the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress identified one of the three strategic breakthroughs of Nghe An in the 2025-2030 term as infrastructure development.
Nghe An province will focus on developing strategic transport infrastructure, with connectivity, spillover effects, and creating momentum for socio-economic development. Currently, the province is implementing projects to build the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway, the high-speed railway section through Nghe An; upgrade Vinh International Airport; upgrade and expand National Highways 7A and 48A; build Cua Lo deep-water port; and develop Dong Hoi port cluster.

Nghe An also has the Southeast Economic Zone with an area of over 20,000 hectares and is submitting to the Prime Minister for approval to expand to over 100,000 hectares. The province also plans to develop 6 dynamic urban areas: Vinh, Do Luong, Dien Chau, Hoang Mai, Thai Hoa and Con Cuong. Therefore, we hope that the Group will research and invest in dynamic urban development projects in Nghe An, prioritizing investment in public transport infrastructure and water supply and drainage.
Discussing the issues of concern to the Group, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien hopes that through today's working session, Nghe An province and Pacific Construction Group will have specific cooperation so that the province has resources to achieve development goals in the coming time.

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - Chairman of Pacific Construction Group assessed that Nghe An is a province with a large area, good terrain, and many types of transportation, so it has favorable conditions for development in the field of new materials.
Emphasizing the desire to invest in the project in Nghe An - the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa said that the Group will soon establish a representative office in Nghe An province; during the project implementation process, it will transfer high techniques and good technology to businesses in Nghe An province in particular and Vietnam in general.

The Chairman of the Pacific Construction Group emphasized that the Group determines that investing in Nghe An is a long-term, sustainable cooperative relationship, "like brothers in one family". The Group will invest in Nghe An with the highest viewpoint of doing it with conscience and responsibility, determining the biggest goals as efficiency, fast progress, and cost reduction.
At the end of the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien assigned the Department of Construction to preside over connecting with the Group to discuss and agree on possible cooperation contents and believed that the cooperation between the two sides would soon achieve results.
