During the visit, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa kindly inquired about the health, life and daily activities of the wounded soldiers and martyrs' relatives. Mr. Pham Tan Hoa expressed his deep gratitude to the team of cadres and nurses who take care of those who have contributed to the revolution day and night.
On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee presented 12 gifts, each worth 5 million VND, to war invalids and martyrs' families, showing concern and gratitude for their great contributions and sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
This is an annual activity of the province to remember and pay tribute to those who have dedicated and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause of the nation.
Currently, Long Dat Nursing Center for War Invalids and Meritorious People is providing care and rehabilitation treatment for 12 seriously wounded soldiers of Tay Ninh province, of which 7 have passed away and are recognized as martyrs.
Established in 1977, Long Dat Center for Nursing War Invalids and People with Meritorious Services has the function of receiving, managing, caring for, treating and rehabilitating seriously wounded and sick soldiers (grade 1/4), at the same time, organizing nursing for people with meritorious services to the revolution in the provinces and cities of the Southern region./.
