Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Vietnam Children's Fund, the sponsor - Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SHB ), and representatives of agencies: Nghe An Province Children's Fund, Tuong Duong District People's Committee, Department of Education and Training, District Health Department, Mai Son Commune People's Committee, schools in the area and all staff, teachers and students of the school.

The library project started construction in October 2024, sponsored by SHB Bank through the Vietnam Children's Fund, with a total cost of 365 million VND. The project aims to upgrade facilities, effectively serve teaching and learning; at the same time, create a modern and friendly reading space, helping students practice reading skills, develop thinking and access knowledge, thereby improving the qualityof education .

At the ceremony, many meaningful gifts were presented to students in difficult circumstances: Vietnam Children's Fund presented 1 water purifier and 10 sets of e-books, worth 25 million VND in total; ZhiShan Foundation supported many new books, worth 10 million VND; a benefactor (Thua Thien Hue) presented 30 gifts, worth 15 million VND.

Speaking at the program, the school representative expressed his emotion and sent his deep gratitude to the sponsors who have accompanied and shared the difficulties with the students in the mountainous areas. The representative of SHB Bank also expressed his hope that the library will become a spiritual support, a space to inspire learning and nurture the dreams of the students.

Immediately after the plaque-mounting ceremony, delegates visited the library - which is expected to become a center for learning, creativity and promoting reading culture in schools.
The library project and meaningful gifts not only have material value, but are also a great source of encouragement, adding confidence and motivation for students in the highlands to firmly step on the path of learning and growing up./.
