Cam Ranh Lobster Festival sets Vietnamese record

In Cam Ranh city, the Cam Ranh Lobster Festival 2024 opened with a grand opening with a record-breaking display of 120 dishes made from lobster.

The lobster culinary performance contest with the theme "Quintessence of Cam Ranh Green Bay" is one of the main activities of the Cam Ranh Lobster Festival 2024.

The competition of performing and preparing 120 dishes from Cam Ranh lobster was recognized by Vietkings as the record “Most dishes from Cam Ranh lobster in Vietnam”. The record was established for Cam Ranh City People's Committee and Khanh Hoa Culinary Culture Association.

This is an opportunity to promote and enhance the value of Khanh Hoa 's long-famous lobster products, contributing to boosting domestic consumption as well as international export.

This is a culinary cultural event to introduce and promote Cam Ranh lobster products, thereby creating a strong influence to promote tourism and cuisine of the city, building the culinary brand of Cam Ranh lobster specialties in a unique way and rich in local cultural identity.

Activities at the festival include a culinary performance contest and setting a Vietnamese record for “120 dishes made from Cam Ranh lobster”, boat racing, basket shaking, flower float and bicycle parade, folk art performances, gong performances, etc. The program attracts a large number of tourists to enjoy and experience, contributing to promoting tourism development in Cam Ranh city in particular and Khanh Hoa province in general.
