The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has announced its approval to adjust the Tet holiday schedule for students, as proposed by the Department of Education and Training. Accordingly, students in Ho Chi Minh City will have 11 days off for the 2025 Lunar New Year, an increase of 2 days compared to the previous plan, from January 23 to February 2, 2025.

Lunar New Year 2025 holiday schedule for Hanoi students

According to the announcement of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, for the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday, students of kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, high schools, vocationaleducation centers - continuing education centers will have 9 consecutive days off, from January 25 to February 2, 2025.

Lunar New Year 2025 holiday schedule for Da Nang students

Civil servants, public employees and employees of the education and training sector will have 9 days off, from Saturday, January 25, 2025 (ie December 26, year of the Dragon) to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (ie January 5, year of the Snake).

Preschool children, primary school students, and continuing education students will have 11 days off from Thursday, January 23, 2025 (ie December 24, the year of Giap Thin) to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (ie January 5, the year of At Ty).
