Joint venture of 6 contractors won the urban beautification package worth over 315 billion VND in Hoa Lu City

(PLVN) - According to information from the National Bidding Network, the People's Committee of Hoa Lu City (Ninh Binh Province) has just announced the results of the selection of contractors for Package No. 03 Design and Construction (EC) under the Project of Landscape Renovation and Urban Renovation on both banks of the Van River (from Lim Bridge to Van Giang Bridge) with a winning bid price of 315,445 billion VND for the Joint Venture of 6 contractors participating in the bidding for this package.

Previously, Package No. 03 - design and construction (EC) of the Landscape Renovation and Urban Renovation Project on both banks of the Van River (from Lim Bridge to Van Giang Bridge) was announced by the investor, the People's Committee of Hoa Lu City, and the representative of the inviting party, the Hoa Lu City Construction Investment Project Management Board, to invite domestic open bidding on April 26, 2025. The bidding will be closed/opened on May 15, 2025. The package is worth 316.5 billion VND, and the implementation period of the package is 720 days.

The only contractor submitted a bid and participated in the bidding: the Joint Venture of Xuan Thinh Production and Trading Investment Company Limited - Manh Hung Irrigation Construction Company Limited - Dai Phuc Construction and Trading Company Limited - DILEC Construction Joint Stock Company - Fanco Joint Stock Company - Quynh Ngoc Anh Company Limited with a bid price of 315,445 billion VND.

By May 26, 2025, Hoa Lu City People's Committee announced the winning bid result for the above 6 contractors with the winning bid price of 315,445 billion VND, the package implementation time is 700 days (20 days shorter than the bidding schedule).

Xuan Thinh Production and Trading Investment Company Limited is the leading member of the above 6 contractors. This company is headquartered in Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province. The company has won many large-value bid packages in Ninh Binh as a member of the joint venture or an independent contractor.

Recently, in December 2024, winning Package No. 1 of the Project to Upgrade the Southern Dike of Ria River and Ben River Dike to ensure disaster response, prevention, and control, stabilize the population, and develop the socio -economy of the communes in the Southeast of Nho Quan district with a winning bid price of 158.681 billion VND; the Construction and installation package of the project to Upgrade and expand routes B6, B7 (Phase I of route B7) from Binh Minh III dike connecting National Highway 12B, Kim Dong commune, Kim Son district with a winning bid price of 150.99 billion VND...

The investor is in the process of negotiating a contract with the winning consortium. When completed, the project is expected to contribute to creating a beautiful landscape on both sides of the Van River, protecting the ecological environment, developing tourism and improving the quality of life of the people.
