Linking production and consumption of 150 hectares of avocado, dragon fruit, durian

(LĐ online) - On May 5, Son Hai High-tech Agricultural Cooperative (Nam Ha commune, Lam Ha district) held a workshop to deploy the Project of Building a chain linking 90 households producing and consuming avocado, dragon fruit, and durian on over 150 hectares of agricultural areas in Duc Trong and Lam Ha districts.

Accordingly, in the first phase of 2025 - 2030, Son Hai High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative will invest more than 23 billion VND in cold storage systems, processing facilities, packaging machinery, and transportation from Nam Ha commune, Lam Ha district to domestic markets. On average, the Cooperative purchases about 50 tons of avocado, dragon fruit, and durian products from 90 households in the chain every day.

Son Hai High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative commits to providing quality-standard plant varieties, organic microbial fertilizers, and plant protection drugs according to safe usage instructions; training in planting, care, and harvesting techniques according to VietGAP, GlobalGAP processes, and product traceability.

At the same time, sign contracts to purchase products at market prices or minimum agreed prices; cooperate with local authorities and credit institutions to support investment in infrastructure serving the production chain linked to market demand...
