Class to update and foster knowledge of mass mobilization work in 2024

On August 16, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee organized a training course to update and foster knowledge for provincial and district-level mass mobilization cadres in 2024.

Attending and directing the meeting were comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission. Nearly 60 delegates, who are officials of the specialized departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders and experts of the Mass Mobilization Commissions of district and city Party Committees, participated in the study and research.

Speaking at the training course, Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, emphasized: The topics introduced in the training course are practical and appropriate, helping each cadre grasp the knowledge and methods of mass mobilization work to apply them effectively and practically in practice.

With a large amount of content and knowledge, he requested delegates attending the training course to promote self-awareness, responsibility, and strictly comply with the regulations of the course's Organizing Committee; concentrate, pay attention to listening and studying documents to master the content of the topic; actively participate in exchanges and discussions...

During the 1-day training course, delegates attended 5 key topics. Topic 1 was directly delivered by the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, including information on the province's socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of 2024; results of implementing the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; thoroughly grasping Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and the tasks of mass mobilization work in preparing and organizing Party congresses at the commune and district levels for the term 2025-2030; evaluating the results of implementing the 2024 working motto of the provincial mass mobilization system.

Topic 2 aims to systematize a number of documents of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work such as Resolution No. 25 - NQ/TW dated June 3, 2013 of the 11th Party Central Committee; Conclusion No. 43-KL/TW dated January 7, 2019 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat; Decision No. 23 - QD/TW dated July 30, 2021 of the Politburo; Regulation No. 09 dated October 29, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on mass mobilization work of the political system of Ninh Binh province.

Topic 3 information on the Project to merge district and commune-level administrative units of Ninh Binh province, period 2023-2025.

Topic 4 provides information on the implementation of the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" for the period 2021-2025 and the Plan to edit and publish the book "100 models and typical examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" for the period 2021-2025; the implementation of the Coordination Program between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province for the period 2021-2025.

Topic 5 focuses on studying documents of the Central and the province on improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the following years; the implementation of the Coordination Program between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Command; and the Provincial Police for the period 2021-2025.
