Brigade 575 is stationed in a large area, with dispersed forces and urgent and continuous missions. The trend of our army's weapons and command organization is related to the increasingly developing and expanding TTLL; the equipment of TTLL is increasingly modern, requiring training to keep up with the development of reality.

Therefore, the Brigade has focused on improving the quality of training for officers, employees and soldiers to master all information equipment, especially modern information equipment.

Brigade 575 trains to deploy the General Information Station Vehicle Set.

To effectively carry out this task, the Party Committee and commanders at all levels in the Brigade have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, directives and training orders of the superiors. The Brigade Party Committee issued Resolution No. 03-NQ/DU dated August 30, 2013 on "Improving the quality of training in the period 2013-2020 and the following years"; Resolution No. 85-NQ/DU dated May 24, 2023 on "Improving the quality of training in the period 2023-2030 and the following years" closely following the characteristics of the unit's situation.

On that basis, the Brigade has organized training according to the motto of "basic, practical, solid", attaching importance to specialized training, organizing synchronous and in-depth training, training according to norms, situations, tasks, locations, and regions, ensuring that TTLL is close to requirements and tasks. Thanks to that, for many consecutive years, the unit's specialized training results have been excellent, and the professional qualifications of officers, employees, and soldiers have been increasingly improved.

Practice exploiting modern equipment on Mobile Information Vehicles.

The Brigade organizes to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the orders of the Military Region Commander and the instructions of the Military Region General Staff on combat readiness work for the Military Region's armed forces; promptly reviews combat readiness documents and plans according to decentralization, strengthens inspection work of agency and unit commanders; proactively reviews forces and means according to plans; deploys and ensures the joint information squad's readiness to mobilize to perform tasks when ordered; strictly maintains combat readiness, practices joint information squad's combat readiness, and combat plans to protect agencies and units.

Along with that, the Brigade has closely combined training and combat to set many tasks, with increasingly high requirements for the combat readiness of the entire Brigade. Through the maneuvers to ensure combat readiness over the years, the unit has organized timely experience and effectively applied it to the process of organizing, operating and training the unit closely to the combat readiness situations, promptly handling unexpected tasks when assigned.

Training of television information and data transmission vehicles.

With the spirit of "Promoting internal strength, being proactive, creative, self-reliant and self-reliant", the officers and soldiers of the Brigade have gradually innovated their thinking and working methods, mastered modern equipment and weapons, focused on training to improve the organization, command and operation of the TTLL system of officers at all levels; improved the professional qualifications of technical staff, the responsibility of on-duty staff; promoted the movement of initiatives and technical improvements, and effectively applied them in ensuring TTLL.

Raise awareness of self-discipline in complying with information principles and discipline, build a regular system, make all soldiers have faith in the task of ensuring information security in difficult conditions, high requirements and successfully complete the task, meeting the goal of "Being good at traditional information, being elite in mobile information, mastering high-tech information".

In addition, the Brigade has proposed many policies and solutions to manage and exploit modern equipment and weapons such as: Campaign and strategic level General Station vehicles; VHCR/10G digital microwave, portable VSAT station (Vmv) with optical transmission system, satellite information, military mobile switchboard, soft switch switchboard, new generation radios... with advanced technology, performing many services such as: Voice, Fax, television, high-quality data transmission. The military information system managed by the Brigade is increasingly modernized, meeting the requirements of serving the Military Region 5 Command to lead and direct units in the Military Region to carry out military and defense tasks even in difficult places where information networks cannot reach, quickly and promptly handling situations.

Faced with the requirement of building a "refined, compact, strong" unit, moving straight towards modernity, in the coming time, Brigade 575 will focus on improving the quality of training, exploiting and mastering equipment and weapons, which is the key step, having a decisive meaning to the quality of combat readiness, ensuring combat readiness.

Party committees and commanders always attach importance to doing a good job ofeducating and raising awareness for cadres, employees and soldiers about the role and importance of training, combat readiness, and ensuring readiness for combat readiness in response to the requirements of modern tasks.
