Military medical forces are on duty regularly, organizing medical examinations and providing free medicine to people. In areas where the water has just receded, working groups quickly deployed to clear mud, clean the environment, move furniture and support the repair of damaged items, contributing to minimizing damage and helping people stabilize their lives.
Prolonged rain and floods have caused many civil works, houses, and schools to be silted up, leaving a large amount of mud and soil, seriously affecting people's lives. In this situation, the forces of Region 4 focused on general cleaning, clearing the flow, collecting garbage, cleaning roads, and supporting each household to overcome the consequences.

On November 23, the forces supported the cleaning of nearly 200 households, 12 schools, 3 commune and ward People's Committee offices, 4.5 km of roads and built 250m of temporary dikes. At the same time, the forces continued to clear sewers, reopen cut-off roads, collect garbage, rebuild damaged houses and coordinate cleaning of classrooms so that students can return to normal study soon. Region 4 also organized water supply points and provided necessities to the people.
