After the representative of the Lu Rung Village Party Cell announced the internal newsletter and documents from higher levels, the collective of the Village Party Cell focused on evaluating the implementation of tasks in April and the direction and tasks for May 2025.

Secretary of the Party Cell of Luh Rung village, Ksor Duel, informed: Under the leadership of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the commune, the Party Cell and Party Cell have done a good job of leading the People's Committee of the village and mass organizations, Party members to focus on propagating and mobilizing people to well implement the socio-economic development targets; ensuring security, order and social safety in the area.

Accordingly, during the month, the People's Committee of the village directed people to propagate and guide people to focus on harvesting the 2024-2025 Winter-Spring crop, at the same time prepare land and seeds for the 2025 crop production and continue to take care of crops and livestock for stable development. Continue to propagate and mobilize people to do a good job of preventing and controlling diseases in livestock and poultry, especially ensuring food during the dry season for stable development of livestock.

The national target program on new rural construction has been implemented with great attention and achieved many positive results; to date, the village has achieved 12/19 criteria. The Village People's Committee also regularly coordinates with local schools to do a good job of mobilizing students to go to school as well as maintaining student numbers...

Along with that, the Party Cell also directed the implementation of poverty reduction work and the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. In particular, the Party Cell mobilized the entire political system and all classes of people in the area to support poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties to build new houses and repair houses. Specifically, in the village, 21 poor households were supported to build new houses and repair houses (of which, 14 households built new houses and 7 households repaired).

Up to now, 4 houses have been completed and handed over to people to stabilize their lives. The remaining households are focusing on speeding up the progress and striving to complete before June 2025.

The work of building the Party and the political system has been given due attention. New policies of the Party and the State have been regularly disseminated to cadres and Party members; vigilance has been heightened, and the fight against distortions and manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party has been raised.

In addition to the achievements, the Secretary of the Luh Rung village Party Cell also pointed out the difficulties and obstacles in implementing the tasks in April and the first 4 months of 2025. Specifically, the weather in 2025 continued to be unusual, with prolonged drought, causing crops to grow slowly, affecting productivity and production efficiency.

In the village, there are still many uninvested traffic routes (dirt roads account for more than 60%), causing great difficulties in traveling and transporting agricultural products for people, especially during the rainy season; the rate of students dropping out of school and theft crimes show signs of increasing... Notably, the village currently has 19 poor households, accounting for over 9% and 29 near-poor households, accounting for nearly 13.9%.

“In the coming time, the Party Cell will continue to lead and direct propaganda work, instructing people to focus on preparing land and crop varieties to deploy the 2025 crop production. At the same time, focus on propagating and mobilizing people to promote the conversion of crop and livestock structures as well as deploy and replicate effective production development models suitable to local conditions such as: growing mulberry to raise silkworms, coffee, raising goats, breeding cows, etc.

Continue to promote the movement of building new rural areas, especially promoting the role of the people in implementing the criteria to improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Promote crime prevention as well as implement measures to prevent theft and drug abuse. Continue to promote and improve the work of Party building, building the political system; innovate the content, improve the quality of regular activities, thematic activities in accordance with the practical situation" - Secretary of the Party Cell of Luh Rung village proposed solutions.

Speaking at the meeting of the Party cell of Luh Rung village, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Pham Thi To Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation of contents, management as well as opinions expressed at the meeting. At the same time, she suggested that the Party cell should continue to improve the quality of the Party cell meetings, especially the need to select appropriate, specific and practical contents so that the meetings can be highly effective.

In particular, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department suggested that the Party Cell should focus on analyzing and evaluating the causes of the above-mentioned shortcomings and limitations. From there, propose fundamental solutions, and at the same time, assign specific tasks to each Party member in charge to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings and limitations and sit down every month to evaluate how far they have been overcome, what problems remain to find solutions for continued implementation. In addition, the Party Committee and Party Cell of Luh Rung village continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, build a clean and strong Party Cell. At the same time, promote the role of Party members in helping households in difficult circumstances to rise up in business, develop the economy, increase income and sustainably reduce poverty.
