On December 2, 2024, MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) and Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) officially launched the M-Flash digital financial solution on the MISA Lending loan connection platform to help businesses access unsecured loans of up to 5 billion VND to support short-term liquidity and year-end business activities.
Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of MISA Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen The Minh - Deputy General Director and General Director of MSB Corporate Customer Division officially kicked off the M-Flash product on the MISA Lending loan connection platform.
Accordingly, the breakthrough and impressive point of the M-Flash credit loan package is the super-fast approval time, taking only 4 hours instead of having to wait several days or weeks like the traditional lending process. With the MISA Lending platform, the entire loan process is completely digitized, allowing businesses to submit loan applications online, saving maximum time and receiving quick approval results. At the same time, businesses also have the opportunity to access a loan limit of up to 5 billion VND from MSB.
In addition, when registering for the M-Flash loan package, businesses will also receive a 50% reduction in the first month's loan interest rate, with a maximum reduction of 2 million VND or a maximum gift of 2 million VND for the first successful guarantee and letter of credit (L/C) transaction fee. Businesses also have the opportunity to receive a beautiful account number at MSB up to 350 million VND and receive a MISA eSign remote digital signature from MISA.

In 2023, MISA signed a cooperation agreement with MSB to build solutions to support unsecured loans through the MISA Lending business loan connection platform with the mission of improving access to capital at reasonable costs for 90% of small and medium enterprises.
The launch of the new digital financial solution M-Flash on the MISA Lending platform is considered the next important step in the cooperation journey between MISA and MSB.
