In the 2025-2030 term, Mitraco Ha Tinh Party Committee determined that the strategic solution to create a breakthrough is to flexibly and creatively apply the key content of the 4 resolutions of the Politburo to the practical conditions of enterprises, in order to maximize resources for sustainable development.
OVERCOME CHALLENGES, EXCEED TARGETS
As a multi-industry enterprise with 13 member units and 6 affiliated companies, in the 2020-2025 term, the operations of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (Mitraco Ha Tinh) are directly affected by many difficult factors, especially the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, global economic recession, trade tensions between major countries, and continuous livestock diseases...
In that context, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and General Directorate of the Corporation have led and directed the implementation of many solutions to focus on production and business to consolidate and develop the market in the fields of mineral exploitation and processing; livestock; exploitation of seaport services, construction and trade services. Timely review and correctly assess the current situation of production and business performance, thereby having plans to adjust development strategies suitable for each stage.
In particular, Mitraco Ha Tinh has launched emulation movements, creating a spread in the units. With the active response of mass organizations and workers, the emulation movement has become a lever, promoting production and business activities to achieve the highest results.
During the past term, Mitraco Ha Tinh successfully organized 20 emulation movements; allocated more than 1 billion VND from the reward fund to award units and individuals with outstanding achievements.
Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the flexible management of the Corporation's leaders and the consensus of the workers, Mitraco Ha Tinh has achieved many impressive results.
THE CORPORATION'S ANNUAL REVENUE ALWAYS EXCEEDED THE SET PLAN, IN 2020 IT REACHED 1,515 BILLION VND, BY 2024 IT REACHED 1,895 BILLION VND; TOTAL REVENUE FOR THE TERM EXCEEDED 124% OF THE PLAN, TOTAL PROFIT AFTER TAX EXCEEDED 125% OF THE PLAN.
The Corporation's annual revenue always exceeds the set plan, reaching 1,515 billion VND in 2020 and 1,895 billion VND in 2024; total revenue for the entire term exceeded 124% of the plan, total profit after tax exceeded 125% of the plan. The material and spiritual life of workers is increasingly improved, the average income of workers increases from 7 million VND (2020) to 11 million VND/person/month (2024).
Along with production and business activities, the Corporation is always aware of the importance and demonstrates its responsibility for social security and the community. During its term, the enterprise has spent more than 5 billion VND on meaningful activities such as supporting the fund for the poor, the education promotion fund, building charity houses, giving gifts to the disadvantaged, building new rural areas, etc.
In particular, through the activities of two subsidiaries, Lao-Viet International Port Joint Stock Company and Viet-Lao One Member Co., Ltd. (Vilaco), Mitraco Ha Tinh is a unit that plays a good role as a bridge to enhance the solidarity and special friendship between Vietnam - Laos as well as Ha Tinh. and localities of Laos.
One of the highlights of the Corporation in the 2020 - 2025 term is putting into operation Terminal No. 3 of Laos - Vietnam International Port last April.
THE COMMENCEMENT OF TERMINAL NO. 3 NOT ONLY MARKS A NEW DEVELOPMENT STEP IN PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS BUT IS ALSO PROOF OF THE DEEP, PRACTICAL AND EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMITMENTS BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENTS OF LAOS AND VIETNAM ON INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION.

Units such as Viet Lao One Member Co., Ltd., Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company, Mitraco Livestock Joint Stock Company, Agriculture and Forestry Development Joint Stock Company, Thien Loc Animal Feed Joint Stock Company have become leading units, continuing to affirm their position and brand, contributing to the sustainable development of Mitraco Ha Tinh. Units facing more difficulties have also made many improvements, and projects have gradually come into effective operation.

Starting a new term in the context of the country's strong transformation to enter the era of national development, in that flow, Mitraco Ha Tinh clearly identifies the role of the enterprise as a pioneering force, accompanying and wishing to contribute to the process of creating the future.
The goal of the Corporation is to focus on mobilizing all resources, maximizing the potential and advantages of the mineral exploitation and processing sector in the country and in Laos.
Continue to invest in depth in science and technology, develop the livestock and animal feed processing sector, seaports, and logistics; promote business in the fields of trade, services, construction, industry, and new industries. Arrange, innovate, and streamline the organizational structure and labor force; improve competitiveness and labor productivity associated with the restructuring process of the Corporation towards green and sustainable direction.
Based on the achievements, in the 2025 - 2030 term, Mitraco Ha Tinh Party Committee aims to increase revenue by an average of 10% per year; pre-tax profit increases by an average of 10% per year; pay the State budget correctly, sufficiently and promptly; average annual income of employees increases by 10% or more. Every year, 100% of units complete their tasks well, of which over 20% complete their tasks excellently.

These are: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development.
IN THE NEW TERM, THE CORPORATION DETERMINES THE KEY SOLUTION, STRATEGY, AND BREAKTHROUGH DEVELOPMENT IS TO FLEXIBLY AND CREATIVELY APPLY THE KEY CONTENT OF THE 4 RESOLUTIONS OF THE POLITBURE TO THE REAL CONDITIONS OF ENTERPRISES.
