In 2026, the School of Interdisciplinary Sciences and Arts - Hanoi National University will not use high school transcripts as an admission method for all training majors.
Last year, the school reviewed transcripts for 5/8 majors with 2 methods: reviewing transcripts combined with international language certificates or reviewing transcripts with aptitude test results.
In 2026, the school plans to enroll students according to 5 admission methods, including:
- Admission based on the results of the Hanoi National University's HSA exam: Candidates use the HSA exam scores to apply to majors according to the announced threshold score for receiving applications.
- Admission based on 2026 high school graduation exam scores: Use high school exam scores according to the admission combination appropriate to each industry.
- Admission based on combined high school exam scores and aptitude tests: Applicable to majors that require aptitude, including programs: Design and creativity ( Fashion and creativity, Digital graphics, Sustainable interior design); Visual arts (Art photography, Contemporary visual arts); Architecture and Landscape design.
- Admission based on combined high school exam scores and international language certificates: Applicable to candidates possessing valid international language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL iBT...).
- Direct admission and priority admission: Implemented according to current admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and instructions of Hanoi National University.
