MU comprehensively reformed the attack line

Matheus Cunha is expected to become MU's first new player this summer, when the release clause worth 62.5 million pounds is activated.

Liam Delap and Viktor Gyokeres are also of interest to MU. However, both want to play in the Champions League next season, putting the "Red Devils" at a disadvantage compared to other competitors such as Arsenal or possibly Chelsea in the near future.

According to Athletic , Delap has held direct talks with MU about a possible move to Old Trafford. The striker has a £30 million release clause at Ipswich Town. However, the British press believes that Delap is leaning towards the option of playing for a club in the Champions League.

Gyokeres has also been linked with a possible reunion with Ruben Amorim after his impressive performances at Sporting CP. However, Arsenal have edged out United and are believed to be the frontrunners to sign the Swede. Gyokeres' transfer fee is believed to be around £70m.

The future of Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee is in doubt. Hojlund, a £72m signing, has attracted little interest from European clubs, with Juventus the only team interested.

The same is the case with Zirkzee, who is rumored to be returning to Serie A after receiving interest from Inter Milan. MU will likely have to suffer a loss if they sell this duo.

According to MEN , any further signings after the two new recruits in MU's attack will depend on player sales. Antony, Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia could all leave. MU will have to increase their transfer budget thanks to the successful liquidation of the above group of players.

Some other faces in MU's sights include Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa), Pedro Goncalves (Sporting CP) and Theo Hernandez (AC Milan).
