Eriksen had a memorable farewell to Old Trafford when he scored from the penalty spot, helping the Red Devils defeat Aston Villa 2-0.
The Danish midfielder, along with Lindelof and Evans, will leave MU this summer when their contracts expire.

A statement on the club's website read: " Everyone would like to thank Victor, Jonny and Christian for their contributions during their time at Old Trafford. We wish them all the best for the future.
Each of them received a warm welcome from the audience on May 25."
Jonny Evans came from the MU academy, staying with the club for 9 years before leaving in the summer of 2015.
He played for West Brom and then Leicester before returning in 2023, under manager Erik ten Hag.
The Northern Irish centre-back played 241 games for the Red Devils, scoring 8 goals. Evans also won many major titles with the club such as the Champions League, 3 Premier League trophies...
Eriksen joined MU in 2022 on a free transfer. The Danish player played 107 games for the team, scored 8 goals and won an FA Cup and an English League Cup.
As for Lindelof, he joined MU for £31 million from Benfica in 2017, played 284 matches and won two titles like Eriksen.
