Subsidence and cracks on the road surface at Km21+390/QL15 with a length of 5m; pouring retaining wall at Km26+300/QL15 with a length of 5m; flooding of the road surface at 5 locations on QL47, 47B, 47C without causing traffic jams; only location Km77+700/QL15C in Nhi Son commune caused traffic jams from 1:30 p.m. on July 22, 2025.

On the provincial roads, there were 14 flooded locations causing traffic jams, specifically including the following points: Km2+829/DT.505B Thang Binh commune; Km11+050/DT.518 Quy Loc commune; Cua Du spillway Km22+550/DT.519B Luan Thanh commune; Km56+100 - Km56+200 Thang Loc commune, Van Xuan commune; Km32+00/DT.519B Tan Thanh commune; Km37+900-Km38+00/DT.519B Tan Thanh commune; Song Quyen spillway Km0+900/DT.520B Hoa Quy commune; Hang Hy spillway Km1+600/DT.523B Cam Tu commune; Ha Tan spillway Km17+250/DT.522B Tong Son commune; Vot spillway Km18+250/DT.523B Quy Luong commune; Mo Tom spillway Km19+300/DT.523B, Quy Luong commune; spillway Km8+600/DT.523C, Thach Binh commune. Road sections Km7+300 - Km8+00; Km9+700 - Km 9+800, Van Loc commune; Tan Lap spillway Km18+200/DT.530B, Tam Van commune.
The negative slope landslide at 2 locations is about 32m long, specifically: DT.521 route has 2 locations (Km2+350 in Bao La commune - Phu Tho province, Km5+810 in Phu Le commune - Thanh Hoa province) with smooth traffic, no traffic jams.
Positive slope landslides and rolling rocks at 11 locations with a volume of about 948m3 on route DT.521C.
Heavy rain caused flooding on some provincial roads.
When floods occurred, the Thanh Hoa Department of Construction directed the Maintenance Management Board and road management units to immediately implement measures to ensure traffic such as: cutting trees, clearing sediment, placing warning signs, and barricades at landslides, sinkholes, and deeply flooded roads... At the same time, coordinate with local authorities to organize propaganda, arrange guards, and guide traffic... to ensure safety for people and vehicles traveling on the route.
Landslides and damage on national and provincial highways have been handled to ensure smooth and safe traffic as of the reporting date.
Currently, heavy rain continues to occur in the province, especially in mountainous areas. The Department of Construction is directing departments and divisions under the Department, and road management units to increase road patrols, inspect, update damage, and take action to ensure traffic safety.
