In 2023, the average salary of employees at enterprises will reach more than 9.3 million VND/person/month.

With nearly 250 enterprises reporting their salary situation to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, it shows that in 2023, employees will receive an actual average salary of more than 9.3 million VND/person/month.

Increased average wages help workers have better living and working conditions.

In particular, salaries at enterprises with 100% state capital, enterprises with contributed capital, private enterprises... fluctuate from 8 - 8.4 million VND/person/month; enterprises with foreign investment capital are higher, reaching more than 11.5 million VND/person/month.

Thus, although the economy is still facing many difficulties, compared to last year, the average salary at enterprises still tends to increase (in 2022, it is more than 8.9 million VND/person/month). That shows the efforts of enterprises in finding partners and orders to increase revenue to have the conditions to pay the best salaries and bonuses to employees.
