In 2025, Hanoi will recruit more than 900 teachers and staff.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that in 2025, it will recruit 942 civil servants to work at affiliated schools. Of these, 848 will be teachers and 94 staff.

Specifically, the number of teachers and staff recruited is as follows:

Candidates must meet the following general requirements: Vietnamese nationality and residing in Vietnam; 18 years of age or older; have a registration form and a clear background; have sufficient diplomas and certificates as required by the job position and the required professional title; and be in good health to perform the duties. In addition, candidates must meet other requirements as required by the public service unit, but must not be contrary to the law. The recruitment process does not discriminate based on ethnicity, gender, social class, beliefs, or religion.

In addition, candidates must meet specific standards and conditions on professional qualifications and skills for civil servants according to job positions and specialized job titles.

The Department applies the recruitment method according to Decree 115/2020/ND-CP and Decree 85/2023/ND-CP of the Government . In which, round 1 checks the recruitment conditions in the Recruitment Registration Form according to the requirements of the job position. If they meet the requirements, they will participate in round 2. In round 2, candidates take a written test on professional and specialized subjects (test time 180 minutes).

Candidates for recruitment as teachers in general schools (including specialized high schools and specialized schools) take a professional exam with the following contents: Developing a lesson plan (lesson plan) to organize teaching for 1 period in class; guiding students to solve a subject knowledge test or a professional problem; handling pedagogical situations.

For other positions (equipment, laboratory; academic affairs; library; accounting; clerical...), the exam focuses on professional expertise and the ability to apply it in practice.

The Department of Education and Training accepts application forms from August 18 to September 16 (except Saturdays and Sundays).

Candidates submit application forms at the Hanoi Department of Education and Training (No. 23, Quang Trung Street, Cua Nam Ward).

In case the authorized person submits the application form, he/she must bring the authorization letter and citizen identification card.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said it will announce the list of eligible candidates on October 1, 2025.
