Accordingly, the incident of a teacher beating a 6th grade male student happened yesterday (November 12). This afternoon (November 13), because of being upset by the teacher's actions, the male student's family posted an article on Facebook, along with a picture of the male student's bruised legs.

The boy's family said that at first he refused to talk because he was afraid of having his conduct grade lowered. After the family persuaded him, the boy told the story of being beaten by the teacher after physical education class.

"The incident happened after the male student got into a fight with his friend. When working with the female teacher, she also admitted to using a small ruler to hit the student's leg," said Mr. Tam, adding that this afternoon, a school representative and the female teacher visited the student's house to inquire and coordinate with the family to take the male student to the doctor.

The school also asked the family to remove the post on social media to avoid any unpleasant incidents with all parties.
