Previously, a video recording a young man being assaulted in front of a rice and beef noodle shop “next to the oil garden” went viral on social media. During the investigation, Long Thanh Town Police identified the suspect.
Police work with the subject of beating people
Initial investigation determined that the victim was Mr. PNQ and the perpetrator was Phung Dat Thinh (born in 1994, residing in Phuoc Hai area, Long Thanh town).
Because he suspected Q. of having a love affair with his cousin, Thinh was angry and went to the restaurant where Q. was sitting. Then, he called Q. out and attacked her repeatedly in front of many witnesses.
